Payments and Bookings
Ali Gharji offers personalized 1:1 and group English coaching. Payments secure live tuition and preparation time, so all fees are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. We provide interactive services rather than physical goods. While we offer expert academic support, please note that we do not guarantee specific exam grades. Your progress depends on your own dedication, study habits, and attendance. Cancellations require 24-hour notice to qualify for rescheduling.
Exceptions and Discretion
We understand that emergencies happen. In very rare cases, Ali Gharji may choose to offer a partial credit or refund at his sole discretion. These decisions are made individually and do not guarantee future exceptions. To request a review of your situation, please email ali.gharji@gmail.com as soon as possible with your booking details.
