Services and Commitments
Ali Gharji provides bespoke online 1:1 and group live English tutoring services. Because our services involve live instructional time and pre-session preparation, all payments are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. We do not sell digital products; our service is purely time-based and interactive. Please note that while we provide expert academic guidance, we offer no guarantee of specific grades or results. Success in academic English is ultimately dependent on the student’s own commitment, independent study, and consistent effort.
Discretionary Refunds in London
In exceptional cases or where reasonable circumstances arise, Ali Gharji may, at his sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not set a precedent for future sessions. Requests must be submitted in writing immediately to ali.gharji@gmail.com for review.
