User Agreement
Last updated: 16 May 2026. These terms govern the academic English tutoring services provided by Ali Gharji in Greenford, London. By booking a session, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Our services consist exclusively of live online 1:1 and group tutoring. We do not offer in-person classes or downloadable digital products. Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer and must be cleared prior to our scheduled sessions to ensure your slot is reserved and confirmed.
Payments and Refunds
Services are generally non-refundable once booked. However, Ali Gharji may offer partial refunds or rescheduling options at his sole discretion for reasonable circumstances. Please note that academic success depends entirely on the student's personal commitment and consistent practice; therefore, we do not provide guarantees regarding specific grades or exam results. Professional Service Standards
Students are expected to attend all live sessions on time with a stable internet connection. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services if these terms are violated.
