We collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred session dates, and any messages you send us through our forms. We keep records of our communications and lessons, and we receive confirmation of payments from our payment processors. We do not store full card details. If you choose to share information about your learning needs, we treat it with care and keep it secure. We also collect basic website usage information through cookies and similar technologies, as explained below.
How we use your information
We use your information to arrange and deliver tutoring sessions, respond to enquiries, process payments, keep required records, and improve our website. Our legal bases under UK GDPR are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our services, legal obligations such as accounting, and your consent for non essential cookies and personalised advertising.

Some pages of this website, including our Farsi and Dari learning games, are designed for children. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the website and our services, such as Wix for hosting and forms, payment processors and email providers, and with Google for advertising as described above. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, and where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and communication records only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.
